Although we cannot do many things due to social distancing, exercising is one thing I’ve been doing every day. I have always run or walked. I did 15 Day Push-up Challenge, and I now challenging myself to do plank every day for 15 days. On top of that, I’m also working out with my husband. Since he’s been working from home, we have time to do exercise together.

The participants have told me that they love the connection with other members, and they enjoy being authentic and sharing their knowledge and experience in the virtual community. I found out that it is called “swift trust.”

To close the first week, we had a non-mandatory casual Discovery Session on Zoom. I was happy to see 8 participants connecting from Korea, Japan, Singapore, and Austria who are originally from Japan, Korea, France, US, Austria, and Slovakia.
