Three past participants of my 7 Week Resilience Program (April-May) and I successfully co-facilitated an online workshop on Resilience delivered in Japanese on June 6th 10pm-11:30pm. 15 people from Japan, USA, Belgium, and Italy joined! With the four of us, the total number was 19.

Especially, after the coronavirus social distancing started, going outside to run or walk has been a very important daily routine for me. Also, since the 15-day push-up challenge my friend invited me to, I’ve been doing 20 regular push-ups, 25 knee push-ups, and 12 diamond knee push-ups.
