This was my first coaching sessions; it was a very good experience for me. Instead of agonizing over what has me worried, I was able to discover a different perspective within myself thanks to help from my coach. During the sessions, I had to take a good look at myself often, and there were some parts that felt tough; thanks to my coach, I was able to be positive. My coach also gave lots of hints and provided information on some resources (books and video), all of which was such a big help. The feeling of lightness in my heart and mind is totally different than what it was like before I underwent the coaching sessions. I would absolutely recommend it to friends.
