A New Chapter in My Coaching Mastery Journey

This month marks the beginning of a powerful new chapter in my journey toward MCC with my mentor coach, Pamela Richarde MA, MCC.

Our first session was both motivating and grounding. Pam’s insight and presence reminded me why I do this work, the space where authenticity, courage, and growth meet. We also talked about my brand and the kind of coach I aspire to be.

When Michelangelo was asked how he created David, he said he saw the figure already inside the marble and simply chipped away everything that was not David. That is how I see coaching. Each person already holds their true self within. My role is not to add something new, but to help remove what hides it, so they can see who they already are.

Through this mentor coaching journey, I want to refine my craft, strengthen my presence, and grow into the next version of who I am meant to be. My purpose remains clear: to help people unveil their true selves, navigate cultural and personal differences with confidence, and lead with peace and power.

This path toward MCC is not only about credentialing. It is about mastery, visibility, and impact. I want to continue bridging intercultural intelligence and neurodiversity through coaching, helping people lead and live with greater authenticity.

I am grateful to have Pam as my mentor coach and to walk this path of discovery and transformation.
